Call shortcuts work only during a call and never while you are typing in a box.
| Action | Keys |
|---|---|
| Answer an incoming call | Enter |
| Decline an incoming call | Esc |
| Hang up an active call | Esc |
| Search contacts, calls, campaigns and scripts | Cmd+K |
Tip
Open the account menu in the dialer and choose Keyboard Shortcuts to see the full list, including mute and hold.
