Who may use SMS

SMS is available to approved Dialsyx customers on the USA and Canada plan. You must tell us truthfully who you are, what you will text and how people agree to receive your messages.

A2P 10DLC registration

Carriers require businesses to register before sending text messages from standard local numbers in the USA. We handle the registration for you for a one-time fee of $10. The fee is non-refundable, including if a carrier delays, changes or rejects your campaign. Approval times depend on carriers and we cannot guarantee them.

Fees

After your campaign is approved, SMS adds $8 per user a month to your plan. Prices are in US dollars and include taxes.

Permission and opt-outs

Only text people who have agreed to hear from you, in the way the law and carrier rules require. Honour requests to stop, such as a reply of STOP, straight away and keep a record. Include your business name in your messages.

What you must not send

• Spam, scams, phishing or deceptive messages.
• Messages about content that is illegal or that carriers prohibit.
• Messages to numbers bought or shared as lists without permission.
• Anything that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.

Filtering and blocking

Carriers may filter or block messages, and we cannot control that. We may review message patterns and may limit or suspend texting, or the account, if we see misuse or if a carrier asks us to.
